I am thinking that Fillipk wants you to have the gun for either 2 reasons:
1. He is scum, and he knows that you always play... unpredictably. Therefore, if you get the gun, scum have a higher chance of winning because unpredictable roo might shoot a claimed power role because of a gut feeling.

2. You both are scum and he is trying to get you the gun because obvious reason is obvious. An inactive player is your role.


I think option 1 is more likely, so I say we either investigate Fillipk, or kill him.

Yes, all town abilities are for any time. I think that you should investigate Fillipk instead, since if tiruin is dangerous, activity may mitigate potential damage while I really think that something is not right about Fillipk.

Hmm...Tawarochir brought up an interesting point.  There might be some value in ignoring Tiruin for now.  If she's town, she won't be helping anyway.  If she's scum and we kill the other scum before her, we'll know she's scum when nobody gets night killed.
