Now that it's here, I'd like to ask your opinions on whether I should wait a week till the most obvious bugs are worked out, or just start plugging away with it? I'm super excited, but if there are going to be any major performance issues or VERY messed up worlds, I don't really want to test my luck.

I can't debug anything because of the "Not found /data/art/mouse.png" crap, screw me for using arch apparently.

I got a new version of Dwarf Fortress, such elation I feel!
Urlance Woolsbane is playing make-believe.


So yeah, I dreamed of getting out of bed, and seeing that the new version was out. Fortunately, this was a well-informed dream, so when I actually got out of bed, I did indeed get to download 42.01!

Just one world into the new version, and I've already got a corrupted save! Weeeeeeee!
