The Second looks around. Its Siblings are playing. The den is quiet. The Rearer sleeps within. The Hunter is retrieving sustenance.

The Second feels an emotion unfamiliar. One of disinterest in the familiar and expected. They feel the first of many emotions. The Feeling of Boredom. The Second's mind Twitches. An odd sensation but a sensation none the less. To drive away the boredom the Second desires.

But how?


The Second desires a lack of boredom. Guide them to such a state. Or don't. The choices do matter in the end.
