Sanity? Really? We're about to walk back into the office of some who we hit on and then smoke bombed away from. We will be announcing our entrance with "Heloooooooooo nurse!", and proceed to talk about how we're hearing voices in our head all while using it as an opportunity to hit on him. Does that sound sane to you?

Look at it this way, if we stuck to Apology vs. Negative Thoughts, apology would have won. Here, not only are we just immediately leaving without apologizing, the fact that we're doing so will probably seed the room with negative thoughts. Indeed we will probably make the nurse also have negative thoughts. This action ensures that there is still at least some insanity.

Furthermore if he does try to incarcerate us, we can just drop a smoke bomb, whisper something into his ear, and run away. Also, when we're done seducing him we might be able to convince him to give us some medical supplies, which will no doubt come in handy some day.
