Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Teams can choose their own uniform color. Depending on the game setting, there may or may not be uniforms, and if they are the Parties can design them.

Interested. I'd like the post-apoc biology/industry clash. I DID suggest a magic versus tech idea some time ago. Short attention spans yielded little (no) returns. My vote would go for the WW2, zombie apoc or some custom setting. Team Alpha.

I made a "Magic versus tech" game a while ago, and I always loved the concept. The post-apoc was the original idea that this idea spawned from. I have had it for a while now, and thought about just making that one, but thought it would be better to let the players decide the setting themselves. I can always use one of them later of I feel like it.

Anyways, go ahead and start on team Alpha.

I finally remembered to link both forums to the teams on the front page. Anyone interested in playtesting, please go to your team's page!

Alright, you are on the lists. Go ahead and make a character!

The playtesting game starts tomorrow morning!

Currently, there are three people on each team with their characters ready to go. Anyone can join at any time to either team, and will be placed in the battlefield accordingly. So there is no need to rush!

The wind blows softly over the grassland, causing the plant it is named after to sway slightly as the water in the lake is disturbed. The trees, likewise, sway back and forth in the nearby forest. The mountains stand strong against the assault of the wind, as if to contrast its neighbors. To the casual observer, no troop movements can be seen. Nobody would guess that this is about to become a battlefield.

How will things turn out? Only time will tell....

The battlefield has noticeably changed from what the reports indicate. In the grassland, a moat-like trench connected to the lake (apparently made by transmutation) has appeared, going from one side to the other. It seems to be fairly deep and wide, it will likely make crossing significantly more dangerous. Much further back, near the base of the mountain, a defensive line has been dug (but is apparently abandoned.)

The world is still quite-too quite. We all know this isn't going to last long...
