Goldy nods.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Goldy, Goldy Teef. With an F."

"Hmm... I brought this knapsack with a couple changes of clothes! And then some hygiene stuff, and some bird feed! I've never really had much, so this is all I brought!"

"Some bird feed? I understand. You want to catch yourself some chicks, don't you? I'm pretty sure you'll need a little more than that! You can at least get them something to drink first."

"Well... turns out we've all got our things anyway! Tell you guys what, we can get something to eat, then we can head on over to the dorm room to arrange it as we may wish."

"If you want to, I won't complain. I certainly don't mind eating out, especially if the view is good and the company is enjoyable." The grin on Rose's face leaves no doubts as to what she is thinking about. "Anyways, the cafeteria is over that way, I'm pretty sure. It shouldn't be that much of a walk," she says, gesturing towards it with her rifle.

Goldy nods.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Goldy, Goldy Teef. With an F."

"What a beautiful name," he said in admiration.

"If you want to, I won't complain. I certainly don't mind eating out, especially if the view is good and the company is enjoyable."

"I... no comment. But, anyway, let's go!" Fontanne walked towards the cafeteria, humming a little mountain song to herself, and got in line, where she would get a particularly simple meal of bread and cheese before sitting down.

Rose gets herself some kind of hearty pasta dish and some milk to drink, and then sits down next to Fontanne. "When you said that you wanted to get something to eat, I imagined that it would be more than that," she comments, obviously referring to the rather simple meal that her teammate is enjoying. "Especially since they have so much variety in the food they serve here. It's very impressive."

Fontanne shrugs, swallowing a bite of bread and beginning to speak in her usual fairly quiet tone.
"I'm trying to take it easy for the rest of the day today; the nurse had warned me I should do so, and it's a good idea not to strain myself until I hit combat class tomorrow. So I'm trying not to tax myself at ALL, even with what I eat."

Goldy scratches her cheek and shrugs.
"It's not that nice. But I really like your name."

"Oh. That's smart. If I was in your situation I would have never thought of that," Rose comments, pausing for a moment to take a drink. "Is bread and cheese that easy to digest though? Maybe some kind of soup would have been better for you? Something light and nourishing. But you probably know your body better than I do."

Goldy scratches her cheek and shrugs.
"It's not that nice. But I really like your name."

"Oh you really think so?"
Another guy with dark hair and a dirty face walks over.
"Come on Brass, we're going to our dorms."
"Ah.. I will see you soon, Goldy."

Goldy nods and waves goodbye.

"No, the bird feed is for my bird friends, silly!"
Em does a birdcall.

Fontanne pauses.
"I... don't actually know." And a second pause. "...and the Reaper didn't even hit my stomach. Oh well."

Jet follows, and this time around DOES get a bowl of rice.

Goldy nods and waves goodbye.

"Brass and gold, huh? Brass and gold." Nathan is leaning back into his chair, having finished his meal.
