The tiltjet slowed to a halt, as it began its descent; out the window, they see towering walls and the massive island city of Mistral. The doors opened, revealing a helipad they landed on, their tiltjet idle among many others. The path forward leads into a tower of the school, which seems to branch into the other parts.
Headmaster Orwatch took the first step out, breathing in the ocean air, "Ah, home sweet home. Welcome to Haven Academy, first years. Others like you haven't arrived yet, since we had to end your initiation early, but I suppose that gives you more time to get accommodated, hm? First, let us take Ms. Nimue to the nurse. Follow me, if you will," he said as Mr. Strider loaded Fontanne onto a stretcher.
The headmaster led them through the hallways, serenely lit by dust orbs floating against the walls to give the halls a blue glow. He then turned to the right, into a large room much like a hospital. From the desk, a woman dressed in a white coat looked up. She had titanium white hair, and azure eyes with rectangular glasses over them.
"S-Sir? You're back early," she stammered, her eyes shifting to Fontanne.
"Yes, Reapers came and ruined the initiation Garrett so painstakingly planned."
"Yeah, took a real long time planning that," Mr. Strider replied.
"As you can see, Ms. Nimue here suffered a hard casualty. She nearly died. Would you heal her wound, Gwen?"
"Of course," Gwen said before standing and moving over Fontanne, laying a calm hand on her bandages. Closing her eyes, her hands began to glow a white light which washed over Fontanne's wound, seeping through her body as the pain washes away with it. The healer backed away as she removed Fontanne's bandages; left there now was simply scar tissue, and Fontanne felt all the pain wash away as she could breathe and speak again.
"You're lucky, Reaper attacks have a 90% death rate! Take it easy, okay? Your body still needs time to fully heal," she said with a warm smile.
