Glancing to the side to make sure Max's situation is being dealt with, Fontanne nods at Orwatch.
"That sounds quite nice, yes."
And she did in fact follow the headmaster.

 "Look kid, I'm glad you hate Grimm as much as the rest of us do, but a Reaper is going to kill you instead of you killing the Reaper."
Fontanne and the Headmaster walked through the silent halls, the only sound heard being their footsteps tapping against the ground.
"So, Ms. Nimue, tell me; why do you wish to become a Huntress?"

Jet sighs with relief.

There's a pause before Fontanne replies.
"I'm... not sure I have the energy for this sort of conversation right now, Headmaster, but... I'll try."
Fontanne took a few moments to get the thoughts and breath together for her reply in earnest.
"...the family in Mount Nimue hasn't gone out and really seen the world in a long, long time. We haven't really... done what our ancestor would have wanted, we haven't defended humanity or helped soothed its ills or fought against the Grimm. And we paid the price for it. So I'm the one who has to take that up and has to be like the first real Nimue. I've got to start the family's blood pumping again, and I'm the one who's got to keep the legacy in Calabrum going."
She reached for Calabrum's sheathe but sighed as she remembered the blade wasn't there, and just took a couple of moments to catch her breath again.

"Thank you for your answer. The baths are right over there, to the building outside to the right."

Fontanne nods at the headmaster, with a "Thank you," before she heads out and into the bathhouse.

She enters the female bathhouse, and notices immediately that she isn't alone; one shower appears to be running.

Fontanne is far too tired to pay this any mind, and is pretty much immediately out of her armor and into the shower, washing the blood off of her body and looking at her new scar, determining the size of the ragged tissue.

It is a large scar; the hot water falling against her skin feels amazing.

"Well that's fantastic..." Fontanne sarcastically muttered as she prodded at and inspected at the remnants of her nearly mortal wound. But then she leaned back and let the water run over her, letting the rest of the evidence of the incident wash away and letting her Semblance give her some desperately-needed energy for the rest of the day. "Now that actually is fantastic..."

Fontanne heard a voice from the other shower, "Who's that?"

"Someone who got stabbed through the chest by a Reaper today. Fontanne. Fontanne Nimue."
