Prim only smiles as she flies up, letting lose her next weave with her right hand. Her form shimmers as the sand around her swirls to grab her before she impacts the ceiling. Prim motions with her left hand towards Professor Lavender, a sickly yellowish blue jolt lurching towards her.

((His Semblance is telekinesis. Obviously you can only focus on so many things. The more you split up your focus, the weaker it is on each object.))

Professor Lavender slashes her arm down in a diagonal fashion, a thin strand of light appearing suddenly, sending Prim's weave right back at her. However, the Professor blinks again, and the sand around Prim explodes violently, becoming glass that slams into Prim all around. She can feel herself getting significantly weaker already...

But unless he's trying to juggle all twelve missiles at conce, he shouldn't be devoting enough focus to lose track of Orchid.))

Violet watches the fight. Or demonstration, rather. The professor had called her out specifically; this means that either her technique or Prim's was somehow relevant, either as a demonstration of how some part of her own technique should be done or how it could be countered. She tries to figure out what the teacher wanted her to "watch and learn".

Prim still smiles, the air around her heating up. That was a close one though, Prim thought as she was pelted by the glass, I'm going to lose, but... I can still earn a few merits! Prim transforms her Magus Moons into High Noon. She aims one at Lavander, the other aimed at the Frozen crystal, I know it won't work. But... It should still be dazzling. Prim nods, firing off a red dust cartridge at the Frozen Crystal and a green dust cartridge at Professor Lavender.

Professor Lavender stares at the green dust cartridge as it flies towards her, before suddenly appearing in front of the red one. Once again, a sudden white line appears in the air for the briefest moment as the Professor moves her arm quickly forward, and swats the red cartridge straight out the air, causing it to hit the ground gently. "You're going to have to try harder." The Professor stares at Prim, waiting for her next move.

Violet notes the thin white line that appears. Only she notes that it's a wire, due to the nature of her own weapon.

Violet watches, taking mental notes on the style the professor is using. She feels she is going to enjoy these classes.

[Sanure]

"I thought as much. But you have to give me credit. I didn't think you would allow me Final Flash!" Prim smiles as both the green and red cartridge detonate, filling the area with large Glass pillars. Prim switches to Magus Moons and weaves her fastest spell using Red and White dust. She lets it fly, sending the beam into the nearest pillar. The pillar glows bright with rainbow rays, shooting out towards the other pillars. Prim collapses where she was standing, too tired to see if it had worked. I doubt the prisms will stop her. not if she can just teleport out of the danger area... she remains on guard, just in case.

Argent, having closed his eyes when 'Final Flash' came out of Prim's mouth, opens them quickly as the light stops and grabs hold of a presumably currently un-hidden Orchid's throat.

Professor Lavender takes a single step forward. The first anyone has seen her take during this entire fight. Within a blink of the eye, she's in the air, between all of the pillars, as they shatter with what seems to be no reason. Violet would notice precise marks where a wire has cut through the glass, however. How did she do that so quickly? Once again, she appears on the ground, and outstretches her arm suddenly. With that motion, Prim is sent spiraling into the ceiling at blinding speed, too fast for her to react. Violet once again would notice her wire returning to her right wrist, as Prim falls into the Professor's arms. Prim's aura has dipped into the red, signifying the end of combat. "You have guts, Ms. Prim. Interesting techniques... As for all of you, hopefully by the end of my class this year, you will learn my tricks, and hopefully you'll learn to fight effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to be able to flow with your team as fluidly as possible. After all, next year, you'll be sent on many field missions that could potential cost your lives. I will also be open to work with any students willing to give up their free time, to accelerate your combat capabilities."
The Professor stands Prim up calmly.

[SOLDIER First]

Reynard nods respectfully.

[Sanure]

"My head is still spinning. I'm going to just.... lie down...." Prim falls over.

Hm. Either some kind super-speed Semblance- with accompanying sped up senses- or a time related Semblance similar to her own. Violet now had a goal. But first... teammate.

Prim would, if she was still conscious, find that she wasn't on the floor. This was because Violet was now holding her up."Could I please have some assistance?" Violet says to her team.

[Sanure]

Prim is not conscious, having all but a sliver of her aura drained.
