He's far too exasperated for that to have been 'nothing'.

He resumes writing.

He doesn't stop 'totally not talking' though.

Melodia is.....spaced out. Well then.

"...Argent, are you feeling alright..?"

"I just was snubbed by someone I kind of might possibly like, so no, duh?"

"Surely you've heard of the Vytal Festival, yes? You test yourself against other huntsmen and huntresses. And perhaps you're too arrogant to realize that there are evil people in the world, and sometimes you'll have to fight humans. Or Faunus. Either way, it'll happen one day. If you wish to skip my class cause you think it's unimportant, so be it, but it's your funeral Ms. Orchid."
Professor Lavender sighs.
"Anyways, silence, everyone. On with the lecture on the basics. I know it'll bore you, but it is the first day of class, and I'm required to cover it."
She begins lecturing about basic combat stances and basic moves. After a bit of time has passed, the bell rings.
"Thank you for your time everyone. I'll see you tomorrow same time. Report to lunch... Except you, Ms. Orchid. You must stay late."

Argent is oscillating closer to and away from Melodia as the group leaves.

Reynard stands up, respectfully bows, and leaves.
As he does, he nears Argent.
"Argent, what were you saying earlier in class?"

Melodia is.....completely ignorant of this as she skips ahead of Reynard and Argent.

Violet quietly gets up and starts walking to the cafeteria.
