It's not that he has ambiguous gender.

It's that he outright LOOKS LIKE A GIRL. And it's not that he doesn't tell people, it's that nobody ever asks because they think it's obvious he's a girl and he never has the heart to correct them until they start confessing to him.

Also, it will once you think whether or not it's worth dating him even if he is a guy simply because he's basically the perfect girl otherwise
