Akroma *should* be fine.

Though I'm not at a computer to run tests. Remind me to do it when I am, though :P

Could a perk make it so that dodge adds Speed * 2 instead of just speed?
Uhhhh
Probably not, idk, that would go beyond why we nerfed it

Right then.

Would a perk that made an attack that missed Violet hit another enemy in range work?

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Can a perk make being disarmed give minimal penalties?

Would that really work for Jet, considering her weapon is a boot? Because I think if she loses her foot she has bigger problems then not having a weapon...

Would a form of a weapon be allowed to do an extra attack if it uses all of the points? As in, instead of adding a bonus to damage or accuracy or anything like that, it just adds 1 more attack?

Yeah, but that attack would of course proc a dodge roll.

Yes, if it makes sense.

Yes, but I'd say at half damage.

Twin has a point. :P

The perk would have related to her being a skilled martial artist and thus capable of delivering punishing and fast blows even without jet powers.

Am I doing this right?
Traits don't work like that.
Dust can't be combined on the whim.

Well how the heck DO they work?  I tried to follow your example.

Why not?  It's not like you can't mix things half and half in a powdered state.

Just plus a stat, minus a stat.

They are combined through a long refinery stage.
