Name: JetRose Rinsler ((pron. Rinz-ler))
Age: 17
Sex/Gender: Female
Race: Human
Description: Jet really likes the color pink, despite what her name would have you believe. Presumably her obligatory color preference takes after her middle name. Most of her wardrobe is pink: pink hair, pink leather jacket, pink kneepads, pink fingerless gloves, hell, pink eyes. Maybe they're contact lenses, but it doesn't look like it. A couple of white highlights here and there, as well. Underneath which her regular clothing is generally shades of black and/or gray. Ostentatious yet mildly tasteful is the name of the game here.
A smallish girl for her age, one could easily mistake her as being thin, or underfed. In actuality, on closer inspection she is one of the most athletic people one is likely to see, with a sheer density of muscle so great it almost defies belief. Everything about her is clean: almost unblemished skin, well-groomed hair, and even the flashy clothing is never dirty for more than a few hours after it's marked.
In terms of personality, she is very polite, calm, kind, and infuriatingly, maddeningly humble. Her ordered lifestyle seems obsessive, as does her training regimen. In all, a rather odd sort.
History: Raised in a small, secluded village of ascetics, Jet was trained from a young age in various local styles of martial arts. Her conditioning was harsh, yet not brutal: she was given a relatively comfortable bed, a balanced diet, cleaning facilities, and an education besides the arts of hand-to-hand combat. Her etiquette received almost as much attention as her bodily health, and by the age of twelve she was a highly-competent fighter whose manners would make a butler jealous.
To her surprise, come her fifteenth birthday, her sensei told her she was to go through the Hunter training. She would travel to the city, amassing the knowledge and equipment required, and then apply. And, being his student, she obeyed.
The next few years were spent traveling and working, learning and training, and all the while never letting herself fall out of shape. And, working for a blacksmith (himself experienced with Hunters' weapons) as his apprentice, she gradually began to formulate her idea for the weapon she would use, and began amassing the resources she would need.
A mere year before she was due to apply, she had made it: a weapon many would call useless or inelegant, but one that, with her skills, was a deadly weapon in the fight against the Grimm. Naturally, training with it began immediately.
And the year after, she applied.
Weapon: A single, lavender-tinted, heavily-armored boot and accompanying metal greave which someone of lesser strength might have trouble lifting. Two things that look something like jet turbines are attached to the back by sturdy iron bands, which flare with pink flames when activated, propelling her foot forwards at absurd velocities. She uses it to deliver powerful spinning kicks, and, in conjunction with her Semblance, a barrage of the same.
If the situation calls for it, the turbines can move to the sole of the boot, serving as a powerful shotgun-like blast weapon.
Also, her fists, knees, shins, elbows, head, and most of the rest of her body are dangerous weapons in themselves, if she deems to use them thus.
Semblance: Fitting her style of fighting, Jet's Semblance allows her to ignore momentum, allowing her to stop accelerating during a fall (by constantly cancelling out her own momentum), pull back from a punch more easily, grind to a halt almost instantaneously, and completely no-sell any attack slow enough for her to react to (if not without pain on her part). She tends to use it to deliver barrages of rocket-assisted kicks without putting as much strain on her tendons. However, due to her lack of experience she can't use it often due to the sheer inefficiency of her technique.

Perks:
Disciple of Rushing Iron Fist: Trained and conditioned for years to be able to fight even armored opponents unarmed, Jet's unarmed attacks, while not benefitting from her weapon, can deal damage like ordinary weapons and furthermore deal [STR]d8 damage rather than [STR]d6.
Momentous: Every time Jet lands an attack on the same enemy, she gains an additional temporary point of Strength. This can stack indefinitely, but all points are lost if Jet fails to land a hit on any one turn, including if she is rendered unable to attack. Applying her Semblance also cancels the effects of this perk due to momentum cancellation.
Semblance: Sudden Stop: Jet's Semblance is the ability to cancel momentum. By expending [?] Aura, removing the momentum from her attacks the moment after they hit allows her an additional attack per turn. In addition, by expending [?] Aura, Jet is able to half the damage of an attack directed towards her. W
