That would really depend on the team members actual capabilities though, no? Knowing their class doesn't mean you know shit about their semblance and weapons and only have an idea of their overall stats based on the class.

Yeah, but there's already a logical progression for the take downs. You have a tank occupy DPS (caster and sniper) while your DPS takes down the support before turning their attention to taking down the Caster before disrupting the Sniper and taking down the fighter. And once the sniper is alone you bully them.
