Name: Rose Kozlov
Age: 18
Sex/Gender: Female
Race: Human
Description: Rose Kozlov is a tall, pale woman, with long, black hair usually worn in a ponytail and light brown eyes behind a pair of glasses. Her features are rather plain and she is usually smiling as if listening to a joke that no one else can hear. Physically she is rather well developed, but her practical set of attire means that it's not that obvious. Except for special occasions she runs around in a buttoned-up jacket, long pants, tall boots and fingerless gloves, either in black, brown, or similar colours.
History: Rose's father is a prominant industrialist and Council Member in Mistal. His company is heavily into manufacturing, producing diverse products like steel beams for construction or fine tablewear for high-class restaurants. Highly ambitious, he has been seeking out new business opportunities and has been petitioning the council for more favourable laws and regulations for his company.

Traits:-2 Melee Damage, +2 Ranged Damage. Even when her Semblance is at its weakest, Rose's melee attacks lack the ompfh that her ranged ones do.
Perks:Reliable Shot: Whenever Rose makes an attack with a ranged weapon, she treats all 1s and 2s as 3s for to-hit and damage. For example. a roll of [2] [4] [1] would count as 10, not 7. Obviously this perk has no effect if she rolls a 3 or higher on any dice.
Mass-Alteration: Rose's Semblance alters the mass of objects she touches and messes with physics in fun and interesting ways. Her ranged attacks do (Current Aura)/5 extra damage because of this, as the projectiles suddenly gain a boost in force as they leave her Semblance.
Semblance: Rose's Semblance reduces the effective mass of anything they're in contact with, allowing it to be manipulated with relative ease. The reduction decreases rapidly with distance from the point of contact, meaning that it works best on objects that are human-sized or smaller. Obviously it does not affect liquids or gases that strongly, nor does it affect her own body unless she touches herself. The practical effects of her Semblance are two-fold. Items with less effective mass take less force to move around. This means that she move around heavy objects with ease. If she touches herself she can leap great distances like something out of an anime. It also means that her guns have harsher recoil and melee attacks have less force behind them, and she can be thrown around with ease if she uses her Semblance on herself. The interaction of items entering and leaving her Semblance is notable as well. Anything leaving it suddenly has much more force behind it due to its effective mass returning to normal. In theory she can use the reverse of this effect to weaken incoming blows by grabbing them before they hit her, but the impracticality of this technique in most situations should be quite obvious.
Weapon: The Big Death - Rose's weapon of choice looks like a revolver rifle and anti-tank rifle had a baby. It's large, bulky and would be extremely cumbersome in the hands of anyone besides her. Even in her hands the recoil is terrible, but obviously it's a weapon designed for firing single, accurate, devastating shots instead of spraying an area with lead. Like the person wielding it, the weapon looks very practical with plenty of polished metal and black rubber on display along with an unobtrusive loader on the side for dust and ammunition. It also has a long, thin bayonet mounted on the front for close-quarters use. It has three different ways of being used.
Semi-Auto Mode: As expected, The Big Death is generally used as a semi-automatic rifle to engage targets at medium to long ranges. Everytime the trigger is pulled a shot goes off, and then the cylinder rotates to line-up a new round with the barrel and load dust into the now-empty chamber. Thus, despite appearances, the weapon can fire more than 6 shots in a row without reloading, so long as its hoppers are filled up.
+1 Damage, +1 PrecisionSingle-Shot Mode: An explosive or massive shot is forced down the barrel of The Big Death, and mechanism is modified so that all six rounds of dust go off in a very rapid sequence. Essentially it turns the weapon into a grenade launcher or small cannon, making it deal massive damage at the cost of equally massive recoil and a very long setup time. After the shot is fired it can be returned to Semi-Auto Mode very quickly.
+4 Damage, Medium AoE. Requires one prior turn of setup before firing.Bayonet: A long, thin, stiletto blade at the end of The Big Death comprises the entirety of its melee capabilities. Given Rose's Semblance, it relies on piercing through an enemy's hide to inflict damage. Using it as a slashing weapon would just cause it to bounce off of enemies like a nerfbat.
+2 Damage.
