Description: A girl with bright violet hair and eyes, with thin glasses. She generally wears comfortable clothing in monochrome colors, most often white t-shirts and black shorts and sneakers, with a white jacket if it's cold out, and gloves at all times. She's 5 feet even, with a thin and light build. She gives off the air of a librarian, quiet and polite, despite the obvious youth.
History: The Centuria family owns one of the biggest companies in Remnant, Centurion. It has offices and labs across all 4 kingdoms, specializing in producing and developing new weaponry for Hunters and Huntresses, with several side projects such as finding a way to mass-produce Dust in a safe way and making settling outside of the main kingdoms safe. Violet is the youngest daughter of the family. She has good relations with her siblings- her older brother Onyx, her older sister Magenta, and twin brother Platinum-, who with the exception of the older sister all go to schools outside their home country of Atlas. Onyx goes to Beacon in Vale, and Platinum is currently applying at Haven. A character who would be more familiar with wealthy families or companies might recognize her.

Perks:Redirection: If an attack misses Violet while she is in range of 1 enemy unit other than the one who attacked, the attack is directed to one of those enemies.
Transfer Power: If Violet is in contact with an ally when she uses her Semblance, they can use the same abilities to a lesser extent if they remain in contact.
Semblance: Time Stop: Violet can stop time for all but herself and anyone she is touching, for a short period. She can go longer, but with adverse effects such as exhaustion. To those who were not able to move, no time has passed and whatever Violet or or other non-frozen people did would seem instant.
Her Semblance can allow her to do more attacks in a single round as she continues to attack while time is frozen. GM decides amount, because I don’t know how to balance it.
Or, she can take the time to carefully aim, raising hit chance drastically (Not sure how much would be ok, so leaving this to the GM.)
She can use her Semblance to move a longer distance in a single turn, seeming to teleport to anyone observing.
She can only use her Semblance once per turn, and has to wait 2 more to use it again. If she uses it before that cooldown is up, she takes damage.
Weapon: Clotho (as suggested by Elf): When her weapon is in its primary form, Violet does not appear to have any weapons at all. In reality, she uses several extremely long razor wires attached to her gloves, which she can control through subtle gestures and her aura. By using her aura, she can make the wire take the shape of dual knives, or even pistols with the dust bullets already inside; this is because of the tech used to make the weapon, explained in backstory.
Wires Form: Based on Dex, 1 extra attack at half damage.
Knives Form: Ignores 1d6 of Armor.
Pistols Form: Can fire dust rounds, +1 Dust Attack.
