I'd LOVE to read a fake translation of that.

Ignoring even my own minimal French skills, I could read it as.

1) Jogging is good for you.  Also try obstacle courses where you have to climb things and get through low spaces, but don't let anybody watch you making a fool of yourself.

2) When your wife is out of the house, make sure the door is locked and move the furniture to give yourself some room to exercise.  Don't just sit at your computer, listen to music or read a book in bed.  Do press-ups and knee-bends, and don't let your mobile phone distract you with all that social media bunk or whichever game is currently in vogue where you have to swipe brightly coloured things out of existence for points.

3) If you feel faint, call the emergency services in case you're having a heart attack.  Remember: Running towards a police van is not advised.  If you can run, you're not having a heart attack, and you should be running towards an ambulance anyway.  If you think your heart is delicate, just stick to simple stretching exercises.

(Now look!  This is the smallprint bit!  Nobody reads this, but it should probably include some sort of disclaimer about checking with your doctor before you start on any new exercise regime, and as such we cannot be held responsible for: undiagnosed circulatory or pulmonary problems; general dizziness; bruises from your falling down due to fainting, or falling off the Stairmaster, or accidentally dropping the exercise bike on your foot when you drag it back out of the garden shed; your wife or husband leaving you because they're actually a closet Chubby-Lover and they start to lose all passionate interest in you as you gradually lose your fabulously fine love-handles.  Maybe you should just have a glass of fine wine, and sample one or other of the fine cheeses that we French do so well...)

I just realized the blue ones could be used to advertise DF2014 Adventure Mode additions:

1) Change your movement speed - creep sneakily (or sneak creepily) or sprint and tackle your enemies into paste!
2) Try to climb walls, fail hilariously and splash your seasoned adventurer all over the ground!
3) Bump your stupid tall human head on the ceilings of procedurally generated dwarf dwellings!
4) Enjoy inane conversations about feelings inexorably turning into a minor meme!
