I'm terribly sorry for taking so long, lads and lassies! I have been busy working on my thesis for quite a while, and I'll need a few more days to have it finished. As for now, have this snippet from the upcoming updoot! Is there any way to improve it?

I'm wondering if you're actually using good ol' MS Paint? I can't imagine working without layers.

I'm wondering if you're actually using good ol' MS Paint? I can't imagine working without layers.

I have used Photoshop to rotate things in one picture (from the second update featuring badger), and it didn't look too good. As for the rest, it's 100% MS Paint. As for that, I use "transparent selection" a lot.

Cover our arms. Also ask him if he knew of an elf Druid who passed these parts in his many years.

We do recall what the quest was, right?

My quest? Oh, right. I have to locate Iyathi Brawehawk the druid and bring him back to the Grove, if possible.

"So, uh, have you seen an elven druid around?"

"Elven druid? We don't get elves visiting here too often. When did they visit us, you say? What are they like?"

It's actually been years since you have seen Iyathi in person.

"Uh, he... He's an elf. Rather tall, taller than most humans I think. Blond hair, fairer skin... A huge braided beard, long bushy brows, weird white eyes... That's it, I think? He's also ripped, if that makes any difference".

"Huh, I don't remember such a person coming here. You should probably try asking an innkeeper of the barkeep, the tend to meet and talk more to outsiders".

Also, convert to Armokism.
PTW this. And yes, Join  the blood god amok
Fuck Armok.  What's he ever done for us anyways?

You see, we Grove nation are simple people. We worship Romimi the great spirit, which is the spark of life given to us by Mother Nature. We do not do evil upon each other, not because we fear the judjement, but because we are ultimately designed that way. Maybe Mother Nature in her wisdom let Romimi give this people a strict set of rules to follow and thus enjoy this world. But isn't it better to understand, than to follow blindly? I cannot say we elves are perfect or that we didn't have dark ages of our own, but I say again, our way is our way, and we are fit to follow it as these people are fit to follow theirs."

"I shall fight for my faith, my clan and my people. I shall protect what is dear to me".

"Eh?"

"Oh, sorry! I didn't mean to wave my sword around your face like that!... So, what if I wanted to convert to your faith and worship Armok God of Blood with you?"

"I beg your pardon?... I believe you got it wrong. "Armok" is neither a name of our Lord, nor the name of any saint. It is an ancient word, we use it in prayers. It means something like "be blessed", though I'm not sure, you better consult a theologist. As for conversion, you should meet the high priest, he should be around here in an hour".

Okay, we are clearly post-apocalypse, because that is definitely a city in the modern sense of the word.

We should probably go to Tamedtunem, though not before getting some supplies.
And longer sleeves, so as not to disturb the populace. Wouldn't want to get lynched.

Are we leaving on foot? I've been here for like half an hour, should rest for a bit more... Maybe.

Anyway, I need to buy some supplies! Food, water - that's great, but what about other things? Ammunition, weapons, trinkets, comic books... This place has quite a market. I'm running low on rags, having used those here and there. Oh, I know! I should buy a dress! Gals love pretty dresses, don't we? Also, we like fluffy kittens, cute boys and oversized serrated swords!

Whatever we do, don't go by the Desert of Equity. Also get unrealistic notions about traveling to the dead city and becoming a champion warlord general princess.

One day, girl. One day.

The ribbon....

Also, no on the sword, get a pole instead. And maybe find a kitten instead of buying one, use elf skills to take a stray.

Good news, everyone! I'm finally through with my work so updates should be quicker from now and hopefully of better +quality+.

Sadly, this updoot here is still a lazy one. Sorry!

"Great! Time for elven charms!"

Huh, this one is pretty well-balanced, but the wooden handle really drives me up the wall.

The warbrand. I can only imagine the horrible wounds it leaves... I wish I worked out more, my noodle arms can't handle it.

Aha! Full-metal, nasty-looking, usable with both hands. I think I have found my favourite!

"Uh, so, how mush for this... Thing?"

"That'll be three irons, Miss."

...That's surprisingly cheap. I mean, I have ten iron bars here. I could buy as much as three swords!

"That's neat. You got polearms here?"

"Spears and pikes, yes".

"What about poles?"

"Unfortunately, no, we don't stock on poles here, Miss. Here are some training spears you might be interested in. Two coppers each".

"Training spear. Well, it's made of wood... Terribly scarred, poorly processed wood. It's not like I get to choose though, with all those lunatic greenskins riding around their dog birds".
