The Lament of Defense pulls the Patapons back around Hatapon, increasing their RES by (Fever Gauge)d(RES). Tatepons will raise their shields to further decrease damage on a crit, multiplying defense by the shield's level

They defend, preparing for the first attack, and Building up their fever.  This music is really helping their cause in all honesty, but their enemy's rhythm is nothing to be scoffed at.

There is only one problem with their enemy's stratgy.

All of their fighting is dance fighting.

Victoria, Evridiki, Haruka, Asuka, Tourmaline, 6AR have accepted 'Rumble in the Market'.
Penelope, Dackly, Yamal, Wilson, Contagion, Idou, Chizuru, Simuna have accepted 'Bodyguarding Badasses'.
Everyone's devices suddenly beeps, as their maps point out the location of their missions.

The bodyguards head out to their meeting place. It's a small building, with the only thing signalling that it in fact belonged to the biggest organisation in the country being a small flag hanging off the top of the door with the Heroic Union flag- a shield over a stylised city skyline. A sign outside the door of the building pointed inside, saying 'Bodyguard Applicants Please Step Inside'.

The responders, meanwhile, stand outside a bakery, the Coconut Bakery specified in the original mission. A moustached man is standing outside, looking concernedly down the path towards the main shopping district.

It is currently 4:30 PM.

"There's been a monster rampaging down at the district, down the road. So far, we haven't heard anything about casualties, but he's chasing off business. The Union said they'll send a guy in soon, but they're overstretched with all those attacks by weird Armored Riders and what-not, so we'll be waiting a little.
