"Thanks. I'm a little rusty."

"I couldn't tell."

Haruka gasps in shock, and attempts to throw herself sideways while swinging the business end of her weapon in an arc toward Victoria.

[SOLDIER First]

"...Mio, what is an arcade?"

[Twinwolf]

Victoria fires, probably at least grazing Haruka, before ducking back, just avoiding getting smashed by the lance.

[Chevaleresse]

Haruka takes the hit, getting more than grazed (I'm assuming it wasn't a slug, so about half hit). Deciding to go on the offensive, she rushes toward Victoria and makes two more stabs at her.

Victoria manages to dodge the first hit, but not the second, which catches her square in the side. She doesn't seem to particularly notice this, and fires again as she's knocked back.

Sandra taps Alanis on the shoulder

[Chevaleresse]

The blast hits squarely, prompting a grunt and a squint of pain from Haruka. She begins a motion as if she's about to stab at Victoria again, then squeezes down on the trigger of her weapon, causing the chamber to do a full revolution as it discharges a rapid series of blasts.

Alanis passes by several rooms containing all varieties of games and diversions. There's also the multitude of simulation rooms:  "Shogun Showdown", "Roid Rage", "Einsteinian Roulette", "Twilight Academy", "Super Scary Horror Time", "Trespassers of the Multiverse" and "Pony World". Those are just the ones in sight.

"Hey, wait, wha-"

Sandra taps Alanis on the shoulder

"Oh, hi!

...What on earth is that Trespassers of the Multiverse game..."

[Twinwolf]

And Victoria is hit by it, obviously. She skids back a good foot, before sprinting forward again. She jumps on the lance, pushing it to the ground, and firing over the shield.

[Adragis]

She smiles. Slightly.
"H-how was it...?"

[Chevaleresse]

Haruka takes the hit, twisting to minimize the amount of area exposed to the blast before her opponent fires, and attempts to fend Victoria away by bashing with her shield.

[Twinwolf]

Victoria jumps over her again, sticking the shotgun into her back and firing, before sprinting away again.

She smiles. Slightly.
"H-how was it...?"

"It was...Good.  But then it broke."

[Chevaleresse]

Haruka uses the momentum of the bash to lurch forward, forcing most of the blast hit at a poor angle and be deflected by her armor. She spins to face Victoria, then holds the lance vertically, causing it to briefly split in the middle, just above the chamber, then flicks it backward to lock it into position again.
