AR6 retracts the knife and uses it to backstab the person on top of him. It turns out to actually be a buttstab. The man rolls all over AR6, hollering and whimpering incoherently.
The Commander is sprayed across the chest and falls to the ground, twitching and convulsing. The soldiers, too stunned to react, do nothing as Wilson turns the rifle on himself, blasting his own heart and collapsing. The bright sky above him grows dim and his sense begin to recede. The last thing he hears as he is torn from is mortal coil is the pained breath of his commander, "We...were bad in this life weren't we Wilson...my question is...will your people in the next world fall prey to this evil too?"

Wilson wakes up in the machine just as abruptly as he had as started the simulation. His screen (the one in the real world) pumps out some text:

He practically rips off the helmet, bursts from the machine, and nearly dashes away. Anywhere. Didn't care where.

Also, find downed men's guns and start shooting with those.

Wilson ends up slamming into a wandering Evridiki in the hallway near the arcade, nearly knocking the woman off of her feet.
"OI! Watch it!"

Simuna looks at the arcade curiously. "Strange-looking building. I wonder what it is used for?"

[TheBiggerFish]

"...oh..."

"Hey, it's okay.

C'mon, next stop.  Chemical supply shop...Ah, there we go."

[SOLDIER First]

He is similarly impacted, stumbling noticeably.
"S-s-sorry."
Sniffle.

Wilson barely registers Simuna.

[Powder Miner]

Evridiki raised an eyebrow at the sniffle. From the few (two) interactions she'd had with Wilson, he was starting to look rather like a wimp. Sure she might nit have the full picture, but... seriously?
"It's... fine."
Her expression made it pretty clear she noticed the sniffle.

[TCM]

Wilson finds a janitorial closet, the hotspot for emotional breakdowns in the arcade.
AR6 stabs the man on top of him many times with the knife until he falls off of him. The Red Soldiers surge forward, scouring the area for whoever is laying these traps for them. In the process, one of them steps on AR6's head with an electromagentic boot and crushes it.
AR6 finds himself back in the Class Selection Screen.

CHOOSE A CLASS: SCOUT - ARTILLERY - DEMOLITION - SNIPER - MELEE - CLOSE QUARTERS - DEFENSE - MEDIC - STEALTH - ENGINEER
An advertisement near Simuna describes this building as an "Arcade" and proclaims to offer all sorts of electronic and simulated entertainment.

Wilson does something ridiculous, violent, and against his character to Evridiki for humorous shock value.

To preserve continuity, perhaps the janitor's closet is entered just outside of the arcade?
Actually, he just.. stands there in front of the women, looking at the floor.

He is similarly impacted, stumbling noticeably.

Sniffle.

Wilson barely registers Simuna.

"Are you alright? You look like you've seen the devil himself."

Simuna looks at the advertisement. "Electronic entertainment? How would electric magic be entertaining?"

To preserve continuity, perhaps the janitor's closet is entered just outside of the arcade?

Well, he merely found it, I never specified if he actually went inside of it since he might have done something else, which is what turned out to be the case.

[SOLDIER First]

Don't sass me with realistic solutions to things.

"F... fine."
His mouth says reassuring smile, but his eyes say emotional anguish. And his mouth is lying.

Whatever her predisposition to be abrasive is, Evridiki still ultimately does have some level of compassion, and her expression softens to a merely searching one as she looks at Wilson.

Then she looks at the arcade.
"What the hell could possibly be in there that bad?"
