With the separation between themselves and their rivals, the Edonchaka has split into four divisions:

One division is patrolling the weakest area of the shield, waiting for a stable portal to open up so that they may charge inside.
The second is setting up long range artillery.
The third have set up an ad intelligence and command center and are currently holding a meeting. They are wearing tiny suits.
The final division is spreading propaganda posters on the wall of the corridor.

"Once I've tossed this in there, change your shell to dome around the whole fight, this is cryptobiolin and is just going to confuse them and dizzy them to no end -- you should catch any rogue projectiles."

"What the actual flying skeletal carp is THAT?

All right, let's do that... 3...2...1... Go!"

And she does.

Penelope does so quickly. She looks over at Contagion.
"Do you mind....err....leaving for a bit? This is a private call. Work stuff."

Kyle not so subetly gestures out the suggestion for Aesford to knock out Alanis. Kyle makes a portal over the tribes, the other end coming out at Alanis' feet.

At Alanis' countdown, Evridiki hurls the grenade into the dead center of the planning fight, where it sits there for about three seconds.
Tik... tik... tik... POFF!
The grenade "detonates", not producing an explosion so much as filling Alanis' new dome with a blue mist, which is transparent enough to show the two tribes it is affecting, the cryptobiolin being dispersed to both but held in by the dome, with the aimed effect of dizzying them, confusing them, and generally making them less battle-effective. Upon seeing the portal, however, she nudges Alanis out of the way and covers it with her jacket.
"Hey idiot, unless you want to be breathing in cryptobiolin and dizzying around, stop it with the portals."

[SOLDIER First]

"Hey, what's your problem?"

Contagion nods, lowering his head slightly as he steps out of the room.

Penelope waits for him to be out of sight before she dials in the number on her phone.

Alanis jumps out of the way of Kyle's portal.

The Edonchaka attempt to flee the blue mist, but being boxed in, have no route of escape. They are left stumbling around in a daze, bumping and tripping into one another, the most afflicted of them fall onto the ground, their singular eyes replaced with a large "X" to denote unconsciousness. A minority of the Edonchaka managed to get their gas masks on in time, and in doing so are able to try and relieve the confused populace, trying to get them to call down.

The Donchaka have been building up Fever the entire time, finally tripling their ability, and maxing their fever yet again for a strong push to shatter the barrier and overwhelm their opponents in a single rush.

"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!"

"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!"
