Alanis, too, helps.  At least enough to make contact.  A perceptive person might note a soft glow from her pendant, and a feeling of calm passes over the two.

"What happened?

And Chryssa...How do you know?  You're not her."

[Empiricist]

"Don't force the issue Alanis. Let her calm down first! ^__^ She'll talk when she feels like it."

Sora nods.
"She's right. S-she'll need some time. As will I-I. H-Hikari.....t-tell them what happened two years ago, when we get back."
Hikari stares at her with wide eyes.
"T-two years ago? Good god.....y-yeah, I will.

C-come here, Eirika, I'll help you."
She assists Eirika in helping Mio up. The usually calm, composed Hero seems to be an utter shambles right now.

Alanis looks to Hikari.
"Does this...?"

[SOLDIER First]

Eirika gingerly brings Mio along, with Hikari's help.

Much helping, much attempting to channel calm and peace into Mio and Sora...Alanis gently tugs one of It That Embraces' arms over to the two.

[Adragis]

Sandra forces out some more gibberish.

The pendant doesn't seem to be working too well. Sora's still shaking, on the verge of tears herself. Even Hikari seems quite pale as they walk them back to the Honda residence.

[SOLDIER First]

Eirika manages to get herself near Hikari and quietly asks, "What, exactly, happened two years ago?"

Alanis looks to It That Embraces and then at the extremely out-of-it party members.

[Empiricist]

"Easy there, let them rest. They look like they'll need time to compose themselves first and pressing them won't help."

[Adragis]

Sandra is lagging behind the group, staring at them in turn.

Alanis beckons Sandra over.
