Eventually, as they kept travelling through the dense forest, they saw a rippling in the air at the distance as the strange, mysterious feeling slowly grew more apparent. Eventually they could make out static, unintelligible noise before they left the brush into a clearing; finally, they see him.
His remnant was a distorted figure, one that seemed to surpass physical boundaries as the air around it warped into static as if it was itself a glitch in a video game. On its skull was a perpetual smile and an elongated crack leading into nothingness as black as the void itself and a half-closed eye. His open eye appears to be glowing an orange hue, as Gaster's soul remnant stood in the very center of the clearing.

Suddenly, the ground rumbled as blinding light enveloped them, Gaster's orange eye glowing brightly as all of them are transported to an opening in Snowdin, the snow falling hard as numerous skull-like blasters are summoned, aiming straight at them.

Alanis steps 1 space away from the Remnant, then attempts to swivel the right uppermost blaster so that it will shoot the remnant.
