Dackly's glare seems to entirely fail in the light of the growing power in Bisnif's being.

Also, Dackly technically killed him with the shock of petrification, hence why he's at 0 HP. Otherwise it makes no sense for it to do magical damage at all.))

Dackly backs up in fear. Gozer Makes his decision. Walks up to the statue, and Pokes a hole in the stomach with 'Dackly's Fang' using 'More Free Statues' to make him bleed the Resurrection magic into the vessel.  So long as he is stone, Gozer holds the weight of all earth's will itself over his head.
