"Stands are... well. They're hard to explain... Basically, it's like... If someone is really determined, they can summon a Stand, which is basically an extension of their... willpower, I guess? But they're also separate beings... I forget the rest of the explanation."

"Oh come off it, both of you.  Barring the return of our Exposition Fairy, we need to plan, and I would RATHER not have the nigh-invisible force and the highly resilient...you, being at odds, because that takes our recon and our heavy out.  Plus the bit where you could probably kill a lot of us if you went berserk.  So either hash it out or you can darn well stop it."

"Okay, maybe special isn't really the right word. There's another type of Stand that can attack from afar or move farther away from their user, but usually can't fight very well in close quarters.". Idou stops for a bit, and then smiles. "I'm explaining a lot of things today..."
