((I don't know. In JoJo canon, Stands themselves are probably the only thing that give the user any powers that might allow them to see Stands... if being a Stand user already didn't come with that power in the first place.

The only other thing that gives powers is the Ripple, but...))

((Personae are always visible. They aren't SUMMONABLE in the game's real world, although given what's going on here, the world for all intents and purposes allows for their summoning.
