He does, and the Spinner suddenly starts... Well, spinning. Link moves across the floor very quickly, bouncing off of one wall, but gradually slows down. He quickly hops off the Spinner before it falls over.
"Well."

Sachi lifts an eyebrow, before clapping.
"That's so cool! What is that?!"

[SOLDIER First]

"The Spinner."

"Intriguing. I've never seen something like that in my world."

"Neither have I..."
Mio (and, most likely, Sachi) would note its likeness to both a top and a spinning gyroscope, as well as having a gear's teeth around its edge.

"I've seen toys like that, but certainly not something that works as a miniature transport vehicle."

A random voice in my head comes and tells me I need to go somewhere... But then, this wouldn't be the first time I took a leap of faith with far less to go on than that. Fine, then.

Garnt presumably walks into the Teleportation Dock, and looks around.

"Toys? This seems like a dangerous thing to be a toy.

Garnt finds himself in a hive of activity, with people heading on what appear to be bright blue translucent pads and vanishing in flashes of light, or people appearing out of flashes of light and stepping off said pads. Above the pads, place names like 'Mitakihara City' and 'Palaven' can be seen on some sort of scrolling magical lantern.
"Clearly, whoever placed it meant it to be used as a weapon or a transport, if it's big enough to hold you."

[SOLDIER First]

"I think transport. Looks like I should be able to ride those grooves in the wall... Somehow."

"Indeed. That begs the question of how WE are supposed to get somewhere you can on it, but.....actually, never mind.
