Mio speaks up.
"Then what IS in there?"

The woman looks over at Lyndon with a disapproving gaze.
"Oh, now I'm the companion?"
Lyndon smiles and shrugs his shoulders, causing the woman to chuckle and look back to the others.
"So, if you are not demons, then you must be Angels, yes?"

[SOLDIER First]

"I never have a clue until I'm inside."

Mio sighs and readies her gauntlets.

[SOLDIER First]

"Jesus you're so thirsty just calm down for two seconds we can kill something later"
Presumably they approach the entrance.

Indeed. The girl with the staff follows them.

[SOLDIER First]

The path up to the entrance is a simple line of stairs that levels off in the center for a few feet.
Link climbs it and stops at the entrance, turning to the rest of the group.
"Are you all ready?"

Anna nods.

Mio nods, as does the girl with the staff.

[Sanure]

Periw nods, her arm entering weapon mode.

[SOLDIER First]

"Then let's go."
He turns and walks through the dim entrance of the temple.

~ Arbiter's Grounds ~
   The group walks down a set of stairs from the doorway and enters the first chamber, where they stand between two large columns; more populate the room in various stages of falling apart. The bricks under their feet are broken in many places and sand fills the gaps. Small, lit braziers are set throughout the room, giving it a dim light. Most of the floor is covered with sand, and a large sinkhole sits before them, the sand flowing down and out of the room. Broken, jumbled platforms cross from the right of the path forward and to the left, above and just beyond the sinkhole. Beyond the platforms a pointed fence is set in the floor, leaving room for someone to pass between it and another column.

The room is devoid of anyone but them.

"Lots of sand in here." Link says after a moment. He looks about the room.

[Sanure]

"How quaint. I take it this place hasn't seen visitors in a long time..." Periw presses a button on her left arm, causing it to casta bright green light everywhere.

[SOLDIER First]

The entire ruins explode
"What kind of lantern is that?"

[Shadestyle]

"My origins lie in the land of the dead, and my friend is a part of the Earth's essence."

"If you have heard of an earth elemental, or a Gorgon, that is what we are."

"I know not of the other two, but they have proven themselves to not seek our death."
