Chryssa begins her dauntless retaliation. She charges the Omega Metroid letting lose volly after volley of Icy projectiles freezing parts of the stunned metroid. She kicks off the Metroid, switching her weapon back to melee form and slices down vertically against it, shattering it's chest armor. With a grin, She throws her weapon like a spear, peircing the metroid in the red orb that is it's core. The Metroid lets out a dying wail, flailing about before crashing to the side, black ooze beginning to dissolve the beast. Chryssa's sword glows white as it freezes most of the beast, preventing the corpse, and loot, from being destroyed. In the end, Chryssa did 239 damage to the foul beast of a monster, slaying it like she would any grimm from her world. Falu would be pleased.


As Dackley proceeds to gather up the armor, the fan below begins to spin faster and faster.

Little sis walks up to the chared corpse of the wizard and prepares to poke him with her ADAM gatherer

Eirika seems remarkably nonplussed.
"The... floor is spinning."

John ejects the bullet from his gun's chamber, catching it and dropping it down the shaft to the fan in one smooth motion.

Dackly is having none of it, She glares at the fans with all the force she can muster, and points at it. Gozer Throws the Stalagmitite into the most important looking part of the fan system.

"No it isn't" they say if it works.

Alria sighs and slowly stands up, one hand bracing on her shield while the other goes to staunch the flow of blood coming from her side.
"F-Fuck me. Bastard was tough. Anyone have some medical supplies they'd be willing to part with? I'm pretty damn beat up over here."

The Stalagtite and the bullet are sufficently destroyed by the speeding up fan. Dackley seems to have no effect on it.

From somewhere, somehow, the fan starts to slow down, as if something is manipulating it's momentum...

Chryssa sheathes her blade, and falls to her knees, catching her breath.
"Phew... Haven't felt that badass since that Grimm I killed with a single hit at the Academy."
She looks down at the loot. She definitely was having first dibs.

John looks up at the ceiling, what's up there? Check out the rod things on the walls while I'm at it.

Idou appears to be floating in the air, hanging onto... something invisible. "Hey."

Eirika continues to be nonplussed.
...Wait, that's because of the mask.
"Have you seen that creature around?"

[Sanure]

The fan starts to slow down, until it begins to spark and suddenly becomes super fast, creating an artificial jet stream in the room.

There is nothing on the ceiling. The rods are beginning to glow blue.

There is adoor on the other side of the metal walk way, "I think we should wait for our impromptu teammates. Surely by now they would have killed that monster..."

Omega core- [Item] The heart of the Omega Metroid. It's use is unknown right now, but may come in handy eventually.
Metroid Membrane- [Armour] +4 Res, Attacks drain 1/5 damage dealt...
Metroid Exoskeleton- [Armour] +3 Res, Resist Fire damage, Doubles Ice Damage received.
Omega Skull- [Weapon] Deals 1d12 base Damage. Init score is reduced by 4. +2 RES. Looks like a shield.
Omega Tail- [Item] The elongated tail of a Omega Metroid corrupted by the Trespasssers. Seems Useless.
