A pottery hand opens the door, revealing a... Golem?  Yes, a golem, with a nametag reading 'My Name Is: Bolvan' in a human-readable position and a keyboard with a vocal synthesizer hooked to a chain around their neck.  They proceed to stand at the bar, before typing a message.
<I am here for the assistant's job.>
Alan looks up at the golem clanking across the floor.
Surprising, that.  Didn't know there were golems here.  Would have expected robots instead.
"GB's out... In... Somewhere else, getting supplies.  I don't know if she gave you any notes on how to work the place, but you can at least stand behind the bar until she gets back."
Bolvan moves behind the bar and stands, motionless, waiting for an order to take.
((Bolvan is a Pratchett-style golem, an emancipated one.  They replaced their traditional slate with a more technological solution, however.))
