She grabs the sword and whacks Dackly with it.

Even though it's foam, it should sting a fair bit and there might be a small bruise where Dackly was in contact. It seems her strength isn't just from magic.

"Besides, you KNOW you want to see just how wild a foam sword battle between people like us would go, it advocates reason, not violence, since the people doing this would be agreeing to solve their problems in a safe, non-lethal manner."

Once he's calmed down:

Though I agree, talking is a much better plan."

Alan grabs his own sword and takes a defensive stance.

A foam sword is successfully stolen by Eireka and Alan.

"Has talking worked once?  And to be frank, Maybe... HALF the people here would be willing to talk things out if someone slighted them."

Dackly brandishes her own Foam Sword, and goes between them, holding it up and ready to declare the contest.
