"And understand that I won't hesitate to intervene if lives are unjustly jeopardised. Hurting those who have not hurt innocents does not fly in MY book. I will stand by you to fight those it is just to fight, I will not stand and allow more infighting to happen. Am I clear?"

"And he nearly WAS dead. Are you saying if someone were to insult you, you would respond by hurting them? Is that somehow just to you? Is that somehow fair?"

"Perhaps then his criticism of your leadership is accurate. Perhaps you are unworthy of leading because your response to a mere insult is to injure others, and you think it is simply fair because his insults attacked your past. He had no way of knowing that, and you never gave him the chance to know. In my eyes, that almost smacks of an unjust attack.

How then, would you react if I were to demand you step down because you are acting in a manner that is unbecoming of a leader? Would you kill me?"

"There is a DIFFERENCE in asking me to step down and INSULTING me multiple times. Surely you know that. All I asked for was cooperation and a little respect. I asked for people to talk to me if there was an issue. NOBODY LISTENED. If he wants to talk about how much of a FAILURE I am, he should say it to my face in a CIVIL CONVERSATION rather than while I didn't appear to be around. I tried, Mio. I really tried to restrain myself but you wouldn't understand how hard it was. I admit that I snapped, and lashed out. I admit that I hit him hard. But no, I didn't want to kill him, and he looked like he could at least take one damn punch to put some discipline on him. But you know, you all decided 'hey, we need a new leader' without even ADDRESSING me as if I was some sort of tyrant you were trying to overthrow! How would you feel if you were leader, and you walked into a room, and the current person talking was trashing you? How would you FEEL?"
