Alan cannot figure out where the spell was cast, as the GM even said as much. He finds himself still in the bar.

Mona, waiting for the Big Daddy to tell her, hands a necklace to Chryssa, The Ring of the Golems. It's power is to reinforce the user and make them more durable. It also increases longevity. Should be useful if you wish to stay alive to see a special someone in your life. It costs only 400 Credits."

Alan will send out a pulse of energy.

The pulse goes out. Doesn't seem to leave the bar though.

"Now, on to Agenda two, Momma Need a new set of duds."

Dackly uses a Pile of Junk to add her favorite bandanna to the Power Armor, right on the helmet's visor, and give the armor options for refining her petrification's concentration and denisty, after donning the armor to see if it has a HUD to walk her through any kind of built in modification protocols.

Alan shakes his head.
He then asks the bartender for an ice pack.

When Alan actually pays attention Alan would note several things about the bar. First, there's a woman tending the bar that draws Alan's eyes. This is due in part by her clothes being quite revealing, looking like a cross between a halloweeny cowgirl outfit and something a cowgirl would actually wear, and also because she's got the appearance of a anthropomorphic star glowing in the dingy atmosphere.  Most of the patrons are rather grim, and being shady would seem to be a requirement judging by the clientele of the bar. It's pretty crowded but the noise levels are within a reasonable volume. There are only three drinks on the menu, but there are several different foods that are slightly over priced. Given the part of town it's in very few of the people in here are armed openly. There's a dart board in one of the corners. The bartender winks at Alan and glows slightly yellower when he walks in. If Alan wants to see the menu he'll have to get closer to see the faded board, but can he withstand the possibility of the bartender flirting with him?

satisfied with the results of the weapon, he would turn his attention to his other project: the rocknoid. He would start building a small drone, about the size of a cat, with a insect-like body and somewhat study armor plating.

Modifying armor appears to be out of Dackly's Range of expertise. Alria or Big Daddy might be needed to do anything more than attach the bandana to it.

Mona hands Chryssa the Necklace as well as a stuffed Fox, "The stuffed doll is free of charge for you, dear."

Kirol takes the Fluffy bunny Satchel and stores it in a compartment in it's body.

surprised by the result having worked so well, concidering it was his first time building one from scratch, he would oblige it to some extent while mounting it's "head", essentially a camera eye and a basic manipulator arm for grates and such.

Alan does, in fact, look at the menu.  He also looks for magic.  There's almost no way someone's interested.
Then again, he is life dinging probably today.
