The golem looks at Yamal like she'd just spouted the whole spiel in Russian, for all the good it does him.

Yamal looks at the bruisers. And the golem. And the Riders.

And then she siiiiighs.

"I'm not used to being the voice of reason. Someone tell me I'm wrong or something? Because I am this close to just shouting at everyone until they run this charade in a way that makes sense."

"Sometimes, you just gotta go with the flow of the waves, no matter how strangely they move!"

".....isn't this the part where we fight? The boss didn't say anything about this....."
Hm. Yamal might be able to get somewhere.

"Idou, please. I smash through icebergs for a living. People who 'go with the flow of the waves' wouldn't head to the Arctic Circle in a million years, da? If anything, the normal flow of the waves has been interrupted by whatever nonsense THIS is."

She grumbles softly at that.

"You know what, fine. Fine. That's it. We're handling this like NORMAL people."

And on come the loudspeakers with their distinctive reverb as Yamal slides away from the brewing battle, ignoring their flabbergasted looks and making her way to the Heroes to take up bodyguard position ACTUALLY AROUND THE HEROES GOD DAMN IT, blocking the reporters with her body and a few errant bursts of steam as she keeps up the cordon, the Icebreaker shipgirl putting on her best Authoritative Captain voice.



"BASH PARTY'S OVER, PEOPLE. WE ARE GOING TO ATTEMPT TO HANDLE THIS IN AN ORDERLY AND REASONABLE FASHION. JUST KEEP THE DAMN NEWSIES AT LEAST A FEW ARMLENGTHS AWAY FROM THE TRIO, AND BE REASONABLE ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE... WHATEVER WE WERE DOING. YOU THREE, THIS IS PART OF BEING A CELEBRITY, IF YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN USED TO IT BY NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. AM I CLEAR? ANYONE WHO DISAGREES CAN WAIT OUT IN THE HALL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, THANK YOU."

Wilson sheepishly lowers his gun.

MEANWHILE IN SEATTLE,

And so they all run from Tight Endz, and just as they turn the corner, they all hear the sounds of police trucks pulling up to the nightclub with blaring sirens, helicopters flyingh in from overhead and sweeping the area with searchlights.

Aesford leads his people to a state of the art railway station, bustling with activity and people from all walks of life hustling to and from in the great crowd, bullet trains bustling to and from the station from every direction. Aesford makes sure to keep everyone together and organized; he was fearful of losing people in the crowd, especially Anna and Sandra. He guides them all to a ticket station, where he orders them each a single Southbound ticket to California.
"Everyone here has taken a railcar right? Or at least some kind of train?"
Lynch, who had been notably absent for the past few hours, walks up to everyone. He is wearing a party hat and confetti is strewn all over his body. He is holding a large stuffed dog. _"...'sup."

Kyle gives Aesford a look at that comment.

"I-I've seen them."

[Shadestyle]

"It seems we are not the only ones to have an adventure." Lupapon comments, looking at Lynch.


So, violence has failed, Sapping has failed, and Diplomacy has as well.  While Yamal and whoever those guys are converse, Dackly and Gozer calmly hotwire a fast looking Vehicle.  Or they make it look like that, In reality, while Dackly is fiddling with the wires, She is prepared to Dodge out of the way of the next poor sucker to try and stop them.   Hopefully, this should either end in a hotwired vehicle, or several smashed ones at the hands of that ridiculously specific golem.

"Wait, hold on... what is the plan, right now?"

[Shadestyle]

"Imma steal this and we'll ride out in style.  That's our plan at least." Dackly says, sparking a wire.

[Sl4cker]

"Good for you! But Yamal seems a bit angry about things."

[Twi]

"THAT WAS NOT THE PLAN I WAS THINKING OF. YOU CAN WALK THROUGH A CROWD OF NOSY REPORTERS, CAN'T YOU?"

Yeah, Yamal is still Not Amused. That salt is very real.
