Then Move Blockhead him into the most important looking vehicle.

Petrify the vehicle once he is sufficiently embedded in it.

Smash other vehicles if all of this works.

Meanwhile, Dackly and Gozer get to ripping out van engines. They get around to one before Gozer (and thus Dackly) is slugged in the back by a rather tall brownstone golem in a fedora and a rather large trenchcoat. He also seems to be part of the paparazzi. He grins at the fallen pair.
"Ah. More Mysterious Bein's for the clobberin'."
He waits for his allies to show up as a bunch of unsavoury looking fellows, both human and not, approach. The golem grins.
"Well, we didn't expect to have to beat some faces in for our reward, but if you say so...."

They start surrounding Dackly, Gozer and Yamal. The three are outnumbered by two people.

Yamal just gapes. Not even moving to confront the five bruisers, just... skating along and staring blankly.

"Are you... THREATENING us? For a news story? Wait, is this a robbery?"

Would 6AR's altitude enable him to see the gathering mob of paparazzi?

"Reward? We got paid to start beatin' the shit out of punks like you just in case you thought a little police brutality was in order. We're just 'onest reporters, tryin' to do our jobs."
The golem responds to being shoved [11 v 13] by grabbing Dackly out of the air and shoving her back. He grins.
"Oh, gettin' a little rowdy, are we? Fine! Boys, let's get 'em-"

As if out of nowhere, a silver-coated fist and a bronze-coated foot slam into the golem, shoving them back a distance as they groan. As Yamal, Gozer and Dackly see who their new allies are, they find...

Armored Riders Sol and Luna.

The Sloane brothers, it seems, have arrived to help the heroes. They stand between Yamal and the wounded bruisers, who are now seemingly cowed by the arrival of reinforcements, who are currently taking their fighting stances.

"Well, 'ello 'ello 'ello, luv! Wot 'ave we 'ere? A bit o' a scrap? And ya didn' invite us? How scandalous!"
"Mind if we crash yer party? Looks like yer havin' a bit o' trouble, luv!"

Penelope is already on her way to the destination, looking to Alv and Nicole.
"We should likely move."
Seeing as 6AR is on the other side of the city, I think not.

((In all seriousness, can someone tell me which path everyone took so I can actually continue this job?))

Gozer Attempts to bury the downed golem with a healthy dose of incredibly intense multiplied gravity, much stronger against heavy targets like this fellow.

6AR went up, and then followed the signs of property damage.  Or if there are none, the tech shops and stuff.
