Garnt swings the pipe around a bit, and tests it's weight and balance. How effective as a weapon, even if only as a backup one, could it be?

...well. That was pointless. Couldn't even be a backup weapon if it broke that easily. Garnt looks at the piles of junk again. It was hardly just a pipe and hilt, right? That didn't even count as a pile, really.
