Then she realises someone's messing with her head and the calm dissipates. Oh dear.

They are, however, far less successful on Kyoko.

Kyoko pauses briefly. Then she glares at 6AR, slapping the droid back with a tentacle.
"G-get out of my head! What k-kind of sucker do you take me for, huh? Stupid mind-reading fishes and your stupid powers! I'm not some weak minnow, I'm a great cuttlefish!

Ugh, now I'll stop squidding around! You've made this fish angry! First you gill around beating up fishes, then you squid around and accuse me of this! I-I am an ENVOY OF THE OCEANS and I d-don't need to take this from suckers like you!"

Well, you offended her, you tried to mind-control her and now you pissed her off. Looks like beating some sense into her is the only way now.

Kyoko delivers a series of quick slaps to 6AR's face in retaliation for the unfortunate droid trying to mind-trick her! Despite his reflexes, he can't seem to deflect the tentacles fast enough!
The first strike deals 10 damage!
The second strike does 18 damage!
The third and final strike deals 23 damage!

Asuka is the next target, as while she runs at Kyoko, Kyoko trips her onto the ground with a tentacle, dealing her 37 damage and stunning her!

... Suddenly I'm getting a bad feeling.""Y-you...! We're probably going to be having fried dinner, between the bird and you...! Parov Stelar!" Parov Stelar Pushes Asuka to her Limit, speeding up her biological processes!

Haruka just sighs, and transforms. She stumbles in place a bit as her gear forms around her, but steadies herself and Taunts the squid girl.

"Yes. You see.....we have a few superheroes on roll who are rather.....what's the word.....prone to rumours. The paparazzi in the city are rather keen on getting the scoop on them. Isn't that right,  mister....Argent Gale?"
"Yes. Yes it is."
Penelope's voice is modulated to remove any trace of it sounding like her usual voice.
"Before we proceed, I suppose I should introduce you to your assigned detail.

Mister Olhouser, Miss Black, please come in."

A woman enters the room. Apart from being rather attractive in appearance, she has the rather noticeable feature of wings on her back. Dackly and Gozer might remember her from that picture they'd traded away, and anyone who'd seen Penelope's files earlier would recognize her as Nicole Black, one of the Union super heroes. She nods to Argent Gale. "Hey, Argent Gale. It's been a while, hasn't it?"
