"Well they didn't plan on the world being a 3D space when the cardinal directions were created."

((I'm pretty damn sure the cardinal directions were not based on interstellar travel from the beginning even in Star Wars, TBF, considering that lightsabers were once based on actual, physical swords. ))

"I mean, there's a lot of planets out there, but only three are inhabited."

"Baseball? Your world got stuck with baseball? I suppose it's better than bowling or something. And it's pretty different from baseball, less hitting and catching a ball, more people charging each other at full speed."
