Kyle and Aesford, who I will going forward call the Daddy Duo, have somehow figured out how to hotwire a car, and are now driving around the empty French streets with a police car that's been rigged up to blast music in the stead of sirens.

Penelope immediately snaps Wilson's neck as his suit crushes his throat with a familiar black glow around it
Penelope smiles.
"Good to hear."

[SOLDIER First]

Wilson's nonmetal environmental suit simply becomes uncomfortably tight as the metal bits contract.
He slides Penelope a hundred (NCR) dollars and another cup of tea, then winks.

He nods.
