In Maeve's hand is a small, glowing red glyph, a small heat haze forming around it.

She nods back.
"Your face can't be that bad." Especially if you're a stringy blonde.

"Like I said. I deal with worse every day in my line of business."

"Pity the little ones who walk with ignorant bliss." A thrumming sound is heard coming from nearby. Orchid takes a stance just as a bolt pierces her leg, "Pity the hunters who track the beast who hunts the humans in turn." Another thrumming sound and a second bolt lands next to Chryssa. "Pity the Faunus, for the beast has turned on them." This time a large rumbling shakes the entire area, the encampment beginning to panic. The large Grimm above finally flies low enough to be seen clearly. Twice the size of a normal nevermore and largely regal in looks, the Forevermore (sue me) flaps its massive wings only so often, and occasionally letting out a disturbing screech, "Hush now, my darling. They won't bother you." Morana finally makes her appearance, strange red lines prominent under her eyes and across her forehead.

Orchid is pinned, attempting to pull the bolt out of her leg.

Lexus immediately sidesteps a great distance to the left and disappears.

"Though, there's a reason I don't take off the mask... Nobody could love this face."

"Well, not true, clearly. I mean, at least one person must, right?"
Maeve moves out of the way with Lexus.

"I'm fine with it if there's plenty of sugar and cream. Tea is good too though."
Anna pulls the bolt out of Orchid's leg for her and, if she is unable to move, picks her up to get her out of the way of the Grimm too.
