"H-huh?"

Evridiki ends up coming upon the would-be battle.
"...and... what the hell is going on here?"

Kyle silently approaches Aesford. He motions that he's betting ten on the other guys.

"You need to make a call, yes? Well, I made something that hopefully will boost your signal enough."
Contagion notices the notes, but doesn't mention it.

Bonk.

Alanis stares...Sideways at something.

"Hey, Great One, wherever you are, seriously, are you sure this is a good idea?  Because that's not going to help anybody."

The Jedi continues towards the Donchaka fight.

The Edonchaka appear to have sacrificed divine aid in exchange for refined scientific advancement, so clearly there was a divergence in the history of both tribes. This is evident as the Donchaka strike the shield with arrows and spears, their mirror tribe badgers the opposite side of the shield with bullets and missiles, among more conventional weaponry. A few haywire missiles end up flying around aimlessly, resulting in small mid-air explosions.
"Then it's a bet." Aesford thrusts his open hand at Kyle, looking for reciprocation.

"Right. I see. Thanks."
Penelope smiles at him briefly, nodding, before following Contagion.

[TheBiggerFish]

Again, they bonk off the shield.

"INOMI.  QUIT.  IT.  NOW."

"Calm yourselves."

Kyle smiles and shakes the other man's hands, cheering on his tribe. And upon noting the shield, he opens a portal for the two to get at each other.

Which Alanis promptly encloses.

"AGHGBGHGBLGHL STOPPIT."

Kyle moves the portals. How she doesn't expect him to do this is a mystery.

Rolling her eyes, Evridiki crouches down, grabs a couple of tubes from her backpack, and starts fitting them into a canister, which has a timer and some sort of... dispersal mechanism...? on it, taking a screwdriver and fitting the whole assembly together into a grenade.

"You can't see it, but I'm returning the smile. Right, let's do this."
Contagion takes her to the tower, and holds up a cord.
"Plug this into your phone, and try calling."

Alanis reforms the shell.  How he didn't expect her to do this is a mystery.

"Get the ones with the explosives more."
