Eirika looks at Mio.
"No, I know.. They had a word for this kind of dam, but I can't... remember...."

Mio looks back at her.
"Hydroelectric dam? Arch gravity dam?"

[SOLDIER First]

Looking continues.
Wilson snaps.
"Hydroelectric, that's it. I want to see how it works, but I'm not sure that's a good idea when they're fighting over it."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

Woo.
"Well, I could show you a video, if you like. I had to take one when I wrote about a new dam they set up for powering my city."

[SOLDIER First]

Eirika sidles over towards Mio.
"Y-yeah, sure. That sounds great."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

Mio sidles over to Eirika and breaks Eirika's spine.
Penelope quickly takes out her smartphone, scrolling through it.
"Lemme see here...."

[SOLDIER First]

He seems pretty interested in her phone too, and subtly compares it to his (archaic in comparison) arm attachment.
"Mio?"

[TCM]

Elanis observes the habits of Mio and Eirika.

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"...yes?"
It's quite advanced-looking. Seems being a technology journalist has its perks.
"Ah, here we go."
She taps onto a video titled 'CITY F RIVER MULE DAM'.

[SOLDIER First]

She pretends to whisper.
"We should get rid of the shapeshifter."
Wilson is rather interested.
"... ... ...Wow."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"Right..."
"Here goes."

What follows is a well-edited, narrated short clip by Penelope about the dam, the workings of the dam and what it means for residents of the city, along with a few interviews.

[SOLDIER First]

"With swords."
"... ... ...Wow."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"....why?"
"And that is how a hydroelectric dam works."

[SOLDIER First]

"Because I'm actually joking."
"Ingenious."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"You know, that's not a good joke..."
Penelope smiles as she puts her phone away.
"Yes, it is, isn't it?"
