Every person in the room suddenly felt the need to blink. When they did so, Sans was gone, right before the Primordial could get their warm hands on him.
"HOW CAN THE GREAT PAPYRUS HELP YOU, WEIRD THING?"

After that, the Primordial takes this opportunity to hug up Papyrus, just once. It seems disappointed at his texture and/or body temperature, though, and soon releases him.
