"Makes me think you really need better data gathering, at the very least."

Mio frowns at Eirika.
"Eirika....."

Fukuhara doesn't react to the death threat, apart from a deeper frown.
"And if you were going to kill me, you would have done it by now, when my soldiers had left the roof and you confirmed I was unarmed. At the very least, if you had intent of killing me, you would likely have dealt with the Hero Club members around you, who would not take that lightly. Of course, there is no need for supposition. I assume we are all, if not friends, at least allied against the same threat.

I did not know Miss Honda would return so soon. I had actually been afraid that the breach that was detected was Trespasser incursion, not Miss Honda and her allies, and feared the worst. Of course, there isn't much I can really do if you were actually Trespassers, admittedly, from what little I know of their capabilities.

Better data gathering is impossible when most of our men manning the sensors are frozen in time, as I have just said. We have not quite regained our footing in robotics, I'm afraid."
((I think this must have been the third time he just said he didn't know who the hell you were and thought you were Trespassers.))

It That Embraces, at least, seems satisfied.

Sora frowns at Alanis. She seems a little upset that this is the second time she's called him out.

"Despite six hundred years of studying it, we still barely understand the nature of the Jukai, the Hero System or indeed the Shinju. You make it sound like it is an easy business protecting the world, Miss. If it was, we would not need the Hero System.

"Oh, no, I was not under the impression you had any, I was going to see if I could make some."

"That would be a great boon, but unfortunately, even if we had them, there isn't much we could do except monitor the Heroes in the Jukai. We're not even sure how they enter it at all, so using them, for instance, to provide assistance with our soldiers would be out of the question.

Now, I will leave you. I will first acquire the hot chocolate for the young lady who asked for some, and then your funds. Good day."
With that, Fukuhara strolls off the roof into the side door.

"....wouldn't an antimagic trinket destabilise a wormhole if you tried to walk into it and defeat the point of using it to fight in the Jukai?"

"Not if the wormhole was science.  Don't know where anyone'd get exotic matter or whatever but still."

It That Embraces sends Fukahara a parting message before he goes. (Like, as he's closing the door. Dat timing.)
[I spoke to {the Shinju} in the {Jukai}, but it seems much too busy with its duties to be very communicative. It did at least acknowledge me, but I can understand why you have difficulty with it. Not the most chatty of gods, is it?]

There's a flash of wry amusement in that last part, and then the Primordial turns its attention back to its friends.
