Kobold Hamlet?

So, I was genning a new world, and then this happened as I was looking around a continent

Just, what? A kobold hamlet? I need to look this up in legends mode.

About those Forest Retreats up there, don't worry. The humans conquered them.

The hamlet was destroyed and then the kobolds moved into the ruin.  Happens all the time.

Well that just ruined my dream of Kobolds self elevating themselves to a position of grandeur. Well, koboldian grandeur. It's better than elf grandeur, that's for sure.

I'm playing a bunch of Dwarves who's sole home is an abandoned forest retreat that their grandparents fled to 150 years ago. History is weird like that. :)

That happened to me, once. A bunch of outcast-'Bolds somehow found religion, and, when the city was emptied, took over not only its various sacred roles, but also its secular one(s). This lead to a kobold vampire, rather amusingly.

That sounds so adorable. His little face coming for the others in the dead of night screaming "I will suck your bloods!" They're just so cute.

If you mod the game, you can have them actually build stuff and, as a bonus, play as them simply by adding one token to their raw.
