Stats: 38/38 points to spend (Stat cap of 1.5(Level)+5 (caps increase by +1 on odd levels and +2 on even levels). +4 stat points every level.)
Constitution: (Health Stat. Grants you more HP per level up.)
Dexterity- (How stealthy and speedy you are. This governs ranged damage..)
Intelligence- (Governs crafting and other such tasks.)
Resistance- (How tanky you are.)
Strength- (How strong you hit for.)
Synergy- (Governs magic in all forms, ranging from summons, transformations, mana, Ki and so forth. This governs non-melee/ranged damage that does not explicitly use supernatural sources.)

Perks: (Special attributes defining the character’s skills, abilities and general nature.)

Equipment: (Your starting equipment; what you wear, fight with and so forth.)

Actions: (Your attacks and abilities. these can be Magical, Melee, or Ranged and use the relevant stat. (Synergy for Magic, Strength for Melee, Dexterity for Ranged).

NEW SUMMON REWORK

The total Pool of Stat points that summons can have are capped at ([Summoner’s Total Stat Points - 8]/X) and similarly, their ability points are capped at ([Summoner’s Total Ability Points - 4]/X), where X is the Maximum amount of summons that the user can have on the field at a time as specified in the summon skill, and the perk associated.

Each level in a summoning skill adds 2 ability points, or 2 Stat Points to the total pool, NOT to each individual Summon!

Okay, so here's the basic implementation of the suggested summon for Alanis.

Upon being summoned, "Load" 6 Ailments from this Action's list. This Action inflicts all six when used. The Loaded Ailments may be changed by desummoning and resummoning Prismatic Embuggerance.

Level 1: Add Leech to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, deals (SYN/4)d4 damage per turn. Damage dealt is returned to the user as healing.
Level 2: Add STR Down to the list. 1d6 Turn STR Debuff equal to the user's SYN.
Level 3: Add DEX Down to the list. 1d6 Turn STR Debuff equal to the user's SYN.
Level 4: Add INT Down to the list. 1d6 Turn STR Debuff equal to the user's SYN.
Level 5: Add SYN Down to the list. 1d6 Turn STR Debuff equal to the user's SYN.
Level 6: Add Heal Break to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, prevents the victim from healing themselves.

Color of Madness
Add additional Ailments to Buggerall.

Level 1: Add Enrage to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, randomizes the victim's targeting, this includes their own allies.
Level 2: Add Stun to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, prevents the victim from acting.
Level 3: Add Blind to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, 50% chance of non-AoE attacks missing.
Level 4: Add Panic to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, ensures that Taunt and Fear effects work.
Level 5: Add Fear to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, prevents the victim from attacking the user.
Level 6: Add Pained to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, reduces INIT by 1d6 per turn. Actions can no longer automatically act first.

Color of Destruction
Add additional Ailments to Buggerall.

Level 1: Add RES Down to the list. 1d6 Turn RES Debuff equal to the user's SYN.
Level 2: Add Poison to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, deals 1d10 Pure damage per turn.
Level 3: Add Burn to the list. 1d6 Turn Ailment, deals 1d(SYN) damage per turn.
Level 4: Add Staggered to the list. 1d4 Turn Ailment, the victim rerolls stat checks, taking the lower result.
Level 5: Add Juggled to the list. 1 Turn Ailment, locks Actions that require the victim to be on the ground.
Level 6: Add Knockback to the list. 1d4 Turn Ailment, locks Melee Attacks.
