so is 500 damage every turn that gets boosted to 1500 every other turn enough to cripple a boss yet or

I misread the action it seems.

STILL. And the chance it'll screw up and roll a 1 or something is not a balancing factor.

Elf: Are you sure? I can't find that in the Action description.
Twin: It explicitly uses puppets. But a Trick Play could potentially keep her Actions unsealed as she wouldn't be the one using it. That reminds me, it is independent of all stats. Literally everyone could field a copy right now!

Even at base power, it still does at least 100 raw damage. And that would require it to roll a 1 one-hundred times in a row.

Yeah, that's how Garnt's mere presence raises average damage to 500. Again, it is stat-independent, not backed by Perks and only Level 1. Literally everyone could pack it as a finishing move. Even if all their offensive stats are literally negative infinity.
