Graceful Dodging (3): 6AR focuses on dodging enemy attacks, gaining a pool of (ability) DEX temporary HP, before RES, for this turn and the next.  Reapplying this ability will only refresh the pool to its cap, not add extra HP.

Honestly, just by merit of it being a kinetic shell copy, I hate it already.

Why not make it a heal of some kind? at least then it has a limitation, and prior precedence.

Does Graceful Dodging absorb damage from Damage Over Time Status Effects? Because I don't think it was ever clarified for any kind of Shielding. I have the feeling that it might seeing as I think such effects automatically pierce RES, making them Pseudo-Pure in nature (at least I hope so, because otherwise people were giving their characters ailment infliction Actions that have all their damage negated by RES).

It shouldn't absorb damage from existing status effects, however, it should block new negative statuses.

What about Ailment Infliction Actions that do not have an attack or damage associated with them (as in the action's just "stun target character")? Does it block attacks that cannot be dodged? Does it count as a buff and/or positive status effect? Does the cap adjust to DEX changes after the time of casting (such as buffs or debuffs)?

Ailment infliction actions should be treated as doing their DoT once to apply, or 3d6+STAT for something that has no DoT, but not deduct from the pool, is my rough idea.

There is no dodging.

It's sort of a buff, and sort of an intrinsic.  I don't think it should be dispellable, if that's what's being asked.

It does adjust to DEX changes.

Graceful Dodging (3): Gain a pool of (ability) DEX temporary HP for this turn and the next.  Subtract all incoming attacks from this pool.
Negates status effects that would not deal more damage than the remaining THP on their first tick, as judged by rolling them.
Status effects with no damage are rolled as 3d6+(opponent stat) - (6AR DEX).

So Dodge-ignoring attacks pierce it? What about Status Effects that do not inflict any damage such as Stun, Lobotomization, and Proselytization into the Antidisestablishmentarianist Cause?

Target of Opportunity (Passive) (3):6AR may designate a Target of Opportunity.  When 6AR is attacked by the Target of Opportunity, they perform a Basic Attack against it.  This may occur up to (ability level) times in a turn.  During Graceful Dodging's first turn, they may instead select (ability level) / 2 targets and perform any number of retaliatory Basic Attacks.

Yes, but most of them don't deal more than that minus 6AR's DEX.
