I tried having a max level Action once. It was horribly underpowered. Pumping Levels can certainly be a problem considering what Deep Pass could do at Level 6. Maybe just lower the Action Level cap?

Anyway whenever I do consider having a Max Level Action, it's always Support (long-term buff or debuff), never "Hit Harder".

Elf, we seem to be limited to two autoleveling equipment pieces per character. Would an auto levelling two-hander could as one or two to that limit?

Is it possible to have a Perk that makes attacks drop free-action healing items with total healing equal to a percentage of damage dealt?

More Free Statues restores health to anyone who interacts with them, which is a free action.

Elf, Sanure:

• What are the rules for Autoleveling Weapons that take up both weapon slots?
  
• Is it possible to have a Perk that increases Damage by a proportion of the damage dealt last turn? It's basically unstable ramp-up that is lost if the user is unable to attack or if their target manages to evade or negate the hit.
  
• Is a Vampirism (a proportion of damage dealt is converted to healing) Perk allowed?
  
• Is it possible to have a Perk that has no mechanical combat effect but which allows the character to perform crazy stuff out of mechanical combat allowed? Sort of like an auto-miracle for improvisation purposes.
  
• What's a good baseline for an Action that may only be used on the first turn of combat?
  
• Is it possible to have an Action that helps all of the target's Actions cooldown faster?
  
• Is "All damage dealt by the Party this turn is considered Pure" permissible for a single-use limit break that only unlocks after five turns?
  
• Defense calculations normally just subtract RES from the damage of each incoming attack, right?

No, it's just RES.

I assume that you were responding to the question about defense. I don't know about if they're doing a specifically defensive action, but normally RES is just taken out of damage.

If you're doing a specifically defensive action, you use the person's Basic Defense.

Ah right, thanks, I was pondering the viability of a Damage Sponge Build. Basically a character with no RES but enormous CON and a regeneration Perk. I mean, Pure won't bother them at all, but they'd probably have to rely more on regen than Healers who tend to have non-percentage heals, and will take far more damage from multihit attacks.
